Original Fighterkite made from paper and bamboo

Original indian fighterkite, hand made from spliced bamboo and paper, bridle from monofilament.

If there comes a defect to the sail, you can easily fit it with a piece of tape, or if damaged too hard, just make a new sail from kite paper, the frame can be unsed lot of times.

Fighterkites are flown with one line, but can be controlled very precisely. If pull on the line, it flies straight on (toward the direction where just the nose shows) if you release the line, it spinns on place, now you can change the direction if you pull in the right moment, it will fly the dirction the nose is heading.

Just take some time to get used to, and soon you will be able to fly your Fighterkite in any direvction.
